If you have gone below that weight category, there is a good chance you’re too thin. It’s time to stop the dieting, and focus on staying healthy, not just thin.

You lack the energy to complete an ordinary day’s work. Food provides essential energy that you need for each day. In order to complete your day’s activities, make sure you are getting enough food. If you are dieting, and also constantly tired, feeling weak, occasionally dizzy, and aren’t sleeping well at night, one of the reasons could be because of the lack of essential nutrients and energy. Put the diet pills away, add some energy foods back into your diet, and see how it changes things.

You find that no matter how thin you are, you want to get thinner. It’s easy to allow dieting to become an addiction. Some diet pills even have addiction-producing effects.
