The word “garcinia” may not be familiar to you, but perhaps the word mangosteen is familiar. Garcinia is tree species, indigenous to Asia, tropical Africa, and Australia. Mangosteen is one of the varieties of the garcinia tree, whose weight-fighting powers are highly hailed, and sometimes seen.

One known negative side effect of hydroxycitric acid is its effect on epididymal fat accumulation. Although “fat accumulation” may sound great, suppression of the epididymal fat is not. That means possible destruction of the testicles after prolonged use.
