Hi. I want to make sure I’m understanding…..Dieters Cheating Caps is mainly for those who are already on a healthy life style change, (“Diet” is a bad four letter word) and want to keep the weight off, especially if they “cheat”??

So this wouldn’t be a good choice for someone who hasn’t started their change yet, and has about 45 to 50 lbs to loose!??

I havetried Dieaters cheating caps. I ordered it on Monday. Requested regular delivery. Received by Wednesday noon. I took it for a week. I have lost seven pounds already and the most wonderful thing is that I can actually see the results in my waist. It is trimming so fast. I purchased the Dieter’s Cheating Caps and they work fine. Their intentions are to prevent you from gaining more weight if you cheat and it does make me feel full so I do not eat as must. But if I eat bagels or cake, I do not gain any weight. To lose weight requires healthy eating and exercise and drinking water. These pills keep my bowels regular and do not have any problems with “the runs” like others. The are great, try them to prevent fro gaining more weight and eating what you want and not feeling guilty. Going on a cruise and will enjoy myself, see ya!
