I purchased the Dieter’s Cheating Caps and they work fine. Their intentions are to prevent you from gaining more weight if you cheat and it does make me feel full so I do not eat as must. But if I eat bagels or cake, I do not gain any weight. To lose weight requires healthy eating and exercise and drinking water. These pills keep my bowels regular and do not have any problems with “the runs” like others.
