i have used adepexin-p for 6 months now i have lost 35 lbs in that time with exsercize and no perticular diet plan.. i do believe it helps with weight loss but with any diet pill you still need to exsercize to get the results you want.. i will purchase my last bottle to get at my goal weight.. overall i think this is a great product for helping loose weight.
